A list

Here we are, fourteen days into 2010 and I am already annoyed by something. That something? American Idol. I am already tired of the radio play, the commercials, and the gossip. Yea, Yea, my pants are on the floor, I get it. Well how about 2009? Here is a list of the most annoying things from 2009. In no particular order.

1.) John and Kate: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7OolWOlWFYU
2.) Not being able to watch Tv on Tuesdays thanks to too many stupid reality shows that Melissa HAS to watch.
3.) The Snuggie craze: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h05ZQ7WHw8Y
4.) Maine Voters vetoing the same sex marriage law.
5.) This goddamn fucking song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6eJpORI7tx4

The dropping of the ball, and ultimately the dropping of the gloves

So yea yea I know. I stopped blogging. Some people kept checking in for a while and some people asked if anything new was posted. Then silence. No one brought it up, no one asked, no e-mails saying someone commented. I scrolled by my blog link in my favorites, occasionally pausing, but always continuing on my way. So I apologize. Some of you may not know what has happened in the last couple of months. So I will sum it up before moving back to current news. Hell, I'll even recap the whole 2009 (it was that exciting). January-Metallica, April-Metallica HOF induction, May-Redsox/Mets group trip to Fenway, June-Phish, August- Paul McCartney and Robstock, November-Phish, Dec-California and Metallica X2. That's the bullet points of 2009. Of course other stuff happened, But I wasn't blogging so tough. So back to the present. I started this whole blogging thing as a slap at Cortney for not following through on her "thought of the day", and here I am again due to Cortney. She has deceided to start a blog of her own to help get back into writing. Something she loves to do, has spent a good part of her life doing, and even done as a job. She has asked for motivation, help, and feedback. I hope that through me writing, she will stay inspired, and I can spend some of my free time ticking her off. So I am presenting a challenge to you Cortney, A battle of the blogs if you will. A Ying Yang approach to topics, ideas, and events. Clearly both of our minds work in completely different ways, and I enjoy arguing.
